• Reviewing vendor contracts and helping you negotiate with them.
• Keeping you on track with your budget.
• Custom designing your invitations.

• Assisting you in menu choices.
• Helping you find the right wedding cake.
• Hotel blocking for out-of-town guests.
• Providing time-lines for all vendors and the wedding party.

This package is for the couple who have made a lot of the decisions, but the wedding date is approaching and time seems to be running out. We help you with those final decisions, pull everything together, and alleviate the last minute stresses.

Basic Month Of Package includes:

• Eight meetings prior to the rehearsal.
• Unlimited contact by phone and e-mail.
• Advice on etiquette and protocol.
• Help with final selections from your vendors.
• Reviewing and confirming all vendor contracts.
• Providing time-lines for all vendors and the wedding party.
• Coordination of the rehearsal.
• Overseeing set-up of the ceremony and reception sites.
• Setting up of the escort card table and/or place cards.
• Coordination and direction of the wedding ceremony and reception.
• Bridal emergency kit.
• Plus one assistant, if needed, based on guest count and site location.

Package starts at $1500.00

This package is for the couple who has done most of the planning, is highly organized and in control, but would like to be as stress-free on their wedding day as possible. In hiring a coordinator you have someone to act as an interface between you and your vendors, your guests and even your family.

Basic Day Of Package includes:

• At least two meetings prior to the rehearsal.
• Unlimited contact by phone and e-mail.
• Advice on etiquette and protocol
• A personalized time-line.
• Coordination of the rehearsal.
• Overseeing set-up of the ceremony and reception sites.
• Coordination and direction of the wedding ceremony and reception.
• Bridal emergency kit.
